Quinceañera Collection strives to bring the customer a fabulous product that will make their experience one to remember.  The Quinceañera Collection is geared to the exquisite and intricate tastes of the Quinceañera girl. This collection offers embellished works of art containing layered skirts arranged with delicate appliques, beautifully ornate bodices and a variety of rich vibrant colors for fit any Quince girls needs.

What sizes are available for Quinceañera Collection dresses?

Quinceañera Collection offers sizes 0-30 in all of our styles. To better serve your sizing needs visit an authorized Quinceañera Collection retailer to be measured. Click the "Find A Store" tab on the Welcome bar to find an authorized retailer near you.

What are the fabric options?

Available fabrics for each style are listed on the individual product pages.

Can I order the dress shorter or longer depending on my height?

ALL styles are available to order up to 5 inches longer or shorter for your convenience, but please note that this may delay the shipping date. Contact an authorized Quinceañera Collection retailer to be measured and to place your order. (Additional charges may apply.)

Does Quinceañera Collection have matching accessories?

Most Quinceañera Collection offers a matching bolero and cell phone carrier to personalize your experience (select few styles might have a shawl or purse instead). How can I get a Quinceañera Collection catalog?

There are multiple ways to view and share the Quinceañera Collection collection. You can view and download our current catalog online by clicking the "CATALOG" tab on the Welcome bar. All of our authorized Quinceañera Collection retailers have the current Quinceañera Collection catalog in their stores for you. Also all of our styles are available to view and print online. Each dresses product information, alternative views, color options, and more are visible on the individual product pages. On the product page you can post your favorite dress to your social networking site, by using our "Share With Party" feature. You can also save your favorite dresses right from the site to your own Quinceañera Collection account to view at your convenience.

How do I save my favorite dresses so I can come back to them?

You can sign up for to be a Quinceañera Collection member by clicking the "myDressing Room" hanger icon at the top of the webpage. Once you create an account you can then save your favorites by clicking the "myDressing Room" hanger on the individual product page. All the dresses you select will be stored in your account and from there you can share your selections by email.

Can I purchase a dress directly from the Quinceañera Collection Website?

Quinceañera Collection does not sell dresses online. Styles are only available through authorized Quinceañera Collection retailers. This ensures that you get the highest level of personal and professional service. Click the "Find A Store" tab on the Welcome bar to find an authorized retailer near you.
 
How do I find a local retailer?

Our Store Locator feature makes it easy to find an authorized retailer in your area. Click the "Find A Store" tab on the Welcome bar and enter your information.  If you cannot find a store near you, please contact us at inquiries@houseofwu.com with your local store of choice and we will do our best to set something up with them for you.

How do I know which retailers carry the dresses I like?

Any authorized Quinceañera Collection retailer can order any current style for you.  Click the "Find A Store" tab on the Welcome bar to find an authorized retailer near you.

How do I find out the price of a dress?

Only an authorized Quinceañera Collection retailer can quote a price for a dress. Click the "Find A Store" tab on the Welcome bar to find an authorized retailer near you.

Can I buy extra fabric?

Yes, Quinceañera Collectio offers fabric for order, by the yard. Please note that it is best to order your extra fabric at the same time as your dress. Fabric ordered separately cannot be guaranteed to, exactly, match your dresses dye lot. There may be a slight shade variance if the fabric is cut from a different dye lot as your dress. Please visit your local authorized retailer to discuss your fabric needs. Click the "Find A Store" tab on the Welcome bar to find an authorized retailer near you.

How long does it take for my dress to arrive?

Quinceañera Collection has a regular shipping of 12-14 weeks with a 10 week rush option available for your convenience (additional charges may apply). Quinceañera Collection also offers a variety of styles that are available to be shipped within two weeks, contact an authorized Quinceañera Collection retailer for availability.  Click the "Find A Store" tab on the Welcome bar to find an authorized retailer near you.

What if the dress I ordered does not fit?

Quinceañera Collection dresses are made to order. Using the Quinceañera Collection size chart and an authorized Quinceañera Collection retailer to accurately measure you is the only way to ensure the best fit.
